This job was really interesting one to complete, unlike the usual aerial images we take for areas of land we were given a specific brief to incorporate a CGI’d image of a proposed build on the piece of land that is for sale. This not only gives a great understanding on how the land could look but also an inspiration into the type of building which could be built on the plot.

Having taken lots of different angles gave the clients more freedom and options when it came to adding in the CAD images.

These images were created for our clients Strutt & Parker and the plot of land was based in Kingsbridge, Devon. They needed a set of images which showcase a piece of land which they are trying to sell, they needed stunning images which showcase the beautiful surroundings and potential the land has for a building developer.
